On the contrary, the processing capacity is reduced and the screening efficiency is improved. In order to control the screening efficiency of the drum screen in an ideal range, the inclined angle of the screen surface of the drum screen is usually between 15-25 ° and that of the drum screen is 15-25 °. 2. Vibration direction angle β

The angle between the vibration direction line and the upper surface of the screen is called the vibration direction angle. For the hard to machine materials, the vibration direction angle should be large value, for easy to process materials, the vibration direction angle should be small value. 3. Amplitude A

With the increase of the amplitude, the blockage of the mesh will be greatly reduced, which will be beneficial to the delamination of the material. But the amplitude is too harmful for the device. The size and amplitude of the material to be selected depends on the size. Generally, the larger the size of the screen, the larger the screen amplitude.

The amplitude is slightly larger when the drum screen is used for classification, and smaller when used for dewatering and mud removal. When the size of the processed material is large, the amplitude should increase correspondingly; when the size of the processed material is small, the amplitude should be small. Generally, the amplitude of the drum screen a = 3.5 ~ 6 mm.

4. Vibration frequency ω

The increase of vibration frequency will increase the frequency of material jumping on the screen surface, thus increasing the possibility of material passing through the screen. This is very helpful to speed up the material screening speed and improve the screening efficiency, but too high will reduce the service life of the equipment. Select larger amplitude and frequency for smaller particle size and larger frequency.
