If the production time is too long, the bearing temperature will rise, and the roller shutter will cause bearing damage. The main reason is that the bearing end cover is too tight when pressed on the outer ring of the bearing, and there is no space for thermal expansion of the shaft. When the shaft is lifted, the end cap of the bearing is crushed and there is no axial clearance. There must be a certain clearance between the bearing gland and the outer ring to ensure normal heat dissipation and certain axial turbulence.

Long term use without maintenance, check whether the bearing is lack of oil is the specific reason for bearing heating and damage. Therefore, make sure to check the machine and add oil in time at the end of the process, but you cannot top up the oil, leaving only one third of the space.

If the selection of bearing type is unreasonable, the bearing of drum screen vibrating screen will overheat during operation, and there will be no obvious improvement after refueling. The reason is that the radial clearance of the bearing is too small.
