Before using the roller screen, pay attention to the regulation and debugging

The drum screen adopts an effective fully sealed structure, no dust, no pollution, and can greatly improve the working environment of the staff. It runs healthily and reliably, adopts deceleration transmission, has high transmission efficiency, small belt power, low energy consumption and obvious effect. Before use, it should be adjusted according to the rules and regulations, but how to adjust the round drum screen after installation? The following small series for you to introduce in detail?
 
1 Roller screen Preparation before commissioning
1. After all parts of the drum screen are installed and passed the inspection, the test run can be carried out. Before the commissioning, check whether the components are correctly installed as shown in the drawings, the fasteners are reliable, and whether there are obstacles around the screen body that hinder the operation of the drum screen;
 
2. Put the rectangular access door in the open position, and rotate the screening cylinder by manual turning gear to observe whether the comb type cleaning mechanism has any jamming and friction. If so, it can be adjusted by adjusting the bolts;
 
3. Check that the bearing pedestal and gearbox should be well lubricated and the oil level of the gearbox should be appropriate;
 
4. The power connector should be firm and reliable, with good insulation and correct grounding.

2、 No load test run
1. Click the motor control button to check that the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with that shown on the round drum screen;
 
2. Start the equipment to run for 4-6 hours, observe the running condition of the drum screen. If any abnormal sound or other phenomenon is found, stop the machine in time for inspection, find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
 
3、 Feeding
1. Start the feeding and discharging equipment when the screening machine is in stable operation, and conduct feeding test run;
  
2. Close the sealing isolation cover after normal discharging (during normal operation, the sealing isolation cover should always be in the closed position);
 
3. Check the discharge particle size, leakage and dust;
 
4. After running for half an hour, carefully check all parts and deal with problems in time.
 
5. Check the operation frequently during the working process. If abnormal operation or abnormal sound is found, stop the machine in time to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
